“Having the hardest time getting these to pair with my S20 note, they paired with my fire tablet just fine but with the tile requirement it says "an app is needed to use these" when I try to connect in the Bluetooth settings.I have the tile app downloaded”

Me too but I just stopped listening to the directions and tried on my own and worked through it. I believe I just finally put them both back in the case and connected one at a time. Pull one out of the case, connect it, put it back and then repeat with the other.
