A:AnswerWhen I power them on, I power on both at the same time. I’ve noticed if I only press and hold one earbud while turning them on, I only hear with that one. Be sure to power them both on. Turning on one doesn’t automatically turn on both.

A:AnswerThese are super-cheap and you could buy multiple pairs if you're prone to losing them. BUT - these are a pain in the butt. Read my review. If I had to choose between the two, I would definitely have purchased the airpods again, even with the extreme price. They do so much more than these buds, and don't give me an earache when wearing them.
