Just got one for Xmas and have no idea how to hook it up to my phone. I turned on Bluetooth and my phone said it couldn't find any other Bluetooth devices. It is currently charging, but after it's battery is full, how do I turn it on? Directions it came with were no help. Also, where is it's mic?

You have to hold the power button down until the LED indicator alternates between flashing red and blue. Then go to your Bluetooth settings on your phone to find devices. Not sure where the mic is but if I had to guess I'd say it's probably on the power/volume control.

With mine, I 1st turned on the Bluetooth on my phone HTC One, then almost immediately after clicking on the discovery button I powered up the headphones & they were recognized. Once paired the 1st time the automatically linked whenever the headphones were turned on and within range of my phone. The mic is built into the control switch with the +/- and power buttons on the left ear buds cord.

When you turn on your Bluetooth on your phone to search for them. Press and hold down the middle button on the headphones between the up and down volume until the light on the headset starts flashing from white to blue and it will connect to your phone.

If you look at the cord there is a bulkier section of the cord that has a + skull and a - sign. Hold the skull down while on the Bluetooth menu of your phone and it will come up as an option. Once it shows up, select it. This too, I believe is where the Mike is. Wherever it is, it works great. I walk around the office listening to pandora and I can answer my phone by pressing the skull.

You may want to read the instructions again because it passed perfectly just like your average Bluetooth, if you are having trouble call the 1-800 number or call Best Buy they will gladly help you.
Take it back to the store they will gladly help you in pare the bluetooth while you're there in yhe store, explore all of your options when buying any product to have it working when you're leaving the store, when you buy a product Bestbuy is willing to help you walk out with your prodict working.

When done charging and the red light turns blue, hold the little skull button and you will hear a sound in your headphones and the blue light will blink on and off showing that the headphones are on, then your device should pick up the Bluetooth signal from your headphones.

First, switch OFF your sb2 wireless. Then, hold the skullcandy logo near the volume controls until a red-blue light starts blinking, like police lights. Then, head over to your bluetooth settings and the sb2s should come up as 'SB2 Wireless'.

Don't think they are bluetooth... You just plug it in to your phone. The mic is a tiny hole on the battery pack. You can hear the caller thru the earpiece and you speak into the battery pack.
