At the beginning I was having a similar problem but the solution was simple. Make sure you really disconnected the headset by holding both volume keys at the same time for about 3 seconds. You'll hear 2 or 3 beeps to let you know it isn't paired to the device you were using before.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometimes when you are trying to pair your headphones to your phone, the list that you have from other devices are still there making the list long. Try looking at the bottom of the list on the blue tooth setting screen. Make sure your headphones are one too and that your not paired with a different Bluetooth device. I have 2 speakers two other sets of headphones that I was once connected to each of those so make sure that you're not still connected to one of them if you have multiple bluetooth devices that you have connected to a one point.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just curious, are you holding the power on button until the red light is blinking? Once it is you should be able to scan for them using Bluetooth.
