“Just purchased, linked them to my phone. Started playing music, put my phone in my back pants pocket. Signal cuts out every step. Not happy. Clearly states a range of 33 feet. What’s the deal? Any ideas?? Ready to return after 1 use”

Faulty headset, mine do not have that issue, phone is always in my pockets.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Please post your phone model when reviewing connectivity problems, sometimes the Bluetooth controllers in phones are not up to snuff. Up to 33ft is general Bluetooth range, I have left my phone on my desk and walked across the room without issues. If you have a RFID blocking device, cards, case, or other things interfering with the Bluetooth signal on your phone this may not be because of the earbuds themselves.
