I purchased mine 7/13 and it shipped 7/14. However this is the message I see on my order: Awaiting UPS pickup Everything is packed and ready to go. Once UPS picks up the package, your shipping progress will be updated with more information. It is now 7/20 and keep in mind I paid the extra $30+ for expedited shipping to get it sooner. I called customer service waiting: 1st call 18 minutes wait hung up on, 2nd call 24 minutes of waiting hung up on again, 3rd time 28 minutes wait time had to go to work and I hung up.. I called my local Best Buy to see if they had access to possibly see if it had been shipped or not. Woman said she would call me back and never did.. So in a nut shell I do not know what to tell you besides no one there to help you out and they do not call you back and it looks like we are on our own. I did call Newegg today and they do answer the phone and are quite helpful. So I do not receive my computer in the next couple days I guess I have to call my credit card company and cancel transaction.
