• Assuming you mean the Elgato 4K60 pro PCIe. Yeah it should. The ASrock Z690-C/DS mobo has two free PCIe 3.0 x1 width slots. PCIe2 is blocked by the graphics card but there's room for it on PCIe4. I circled the free slot on my mobo.
