No What ever was to go out to the tv is the video stream that will be encoded and transmuted to the receiving app device. You would need to cable boxes to do what you want.

The good news is that you can stream from your TiVo to your other devices while you are away from home even if someone is watching something at home with the TiVo app on your mobile device.
