What should I do to enter this offer on my TV null

Sling is a Application that is similar to netflix. Pre paid cable basically. You set up a sling account at sling.com. You can buy sling cards at stores like pharmacies, some gas stations, and walmarts/best buys etc. You select a channel package and or add ons . You then pay monthly ahead of time. Ive used sling for 2 years now. You do need internet as well.
