You can use your existing gas line in your house.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You buy the products recommended. Some things they will use on the new install, some items you currently have may be fine. Install tech decides and you return what you didn't use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you ask the contractors first about installation. I paid at time of ordering to have my gas dryer installed by a Best Buy subcontractor. The contractors were great, BUT - I had paid about $200 up front for installation. Turned out the codes had changed 2 years ago and I wish that Best Buy had given us a heads up that the code for installing a gas dryer had changed 2 years ago. A$600 dryer ended up costing 1200. - Installation was $450 more than quoted due to bringing everything up to code. We were told of the ADDITIONAL 450 charge (on top of the prepaid 200) at 3pm on a Friday afternoon at time of installation! Also found out the 'semi-rigid dryer vent kit' was ALSO not to code and not used - had to return it for a refund.
