• Probably not. Most refrigerators/ice makers are connected using a 1/4" copper tube, not a 3/8" stainless hose that a dishwasher requires. Go to a home improvement store and ask for an ice maker supply line kit.

• No, size of the terminals will be too big. They do make stainless steel water lines specifically for refrigerators with water and ice.
