Yes, they make 8' connectors. Best Buy only lists one but you can often find them at local and chain hardware stores, especially ones that sell appliances.

I would ask the store to be certain but I think I had that option.

You are better off going to the hardware store and just buying the house itself if that is all you need. Way cheaper.
