• The drain line is not included. It should come with the dishwasher. There is no shut-off valve in the kit.

• This install kit did not have a drain line, it came with the dishwasher. I already had a shut off valve on the water supply line. The shut off valve was not included with the install kit but I didn't need it anyway.

• No, a drain line generally comes with the dishwasher. It includes the water in line, and various adapters.
