I need a replacement carfe, where do I get one? null

The smarter support page only sells replacement carafes in the EU and UK.

Don't buy the machine in the first place, company refuses to support.

Please send an email to our lovely customer services team via support@smarter.am so that they can help you arrange one.

Try support on their web site: https://support.smarter.am/hc/en-us I don't see any replacement carafes on their site for purchase, but their support might be able to offer you one.
