I would honestly stick water. And after Googling it, this is what I found...Juice can be carbonated, but it's risky. On the SodaStream FAQs page, you can find a very clear warning to avoid carbonating anything that isn't water or risk voiding both the money-back guarantee and the warranty on your device. Carbonating anything other than water can also be messy, and, in some cases, EXPLOSIVE.
