“Using Corel VideoStudio. I'm trying to capture video from a Canon XHA1 which uses a firewire. When I try to connect I get an error message "Unable to switch to capture mode. Check if your video capture driver is working properly". Drivers are updated.”

• Try getting the capture software ready, then turning OFF the source camera, then back on, and the program should see it and load drivers.
