No they wont fall off.They stay in place on my neck

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If not in both ears and no collar to hold them, they slid around a lot on me. When in only one ear, the other side will pull against you, especially if turning your head and can lead to pulling out the other earbud at times.
