I find that they stay in place really well. The only time I have experienced them slipping off is if I lean over really far to one side or bend down and put my head down completely.

this headset is not meant to be used with heavy running, jogging should be fine, i would say light jogging. these are i would say more for just everyday use, so walking mainly. they wont fall off if your walking.

If not in both ears and no collar to hold them, they slid around a lot on me. When in only one ear, the other side will pull against you, especially if turning your head and can lead to pulling out the other earbud at times.
