• No pocket other than the main one that holds the computer...I just put the cord in with it, wish it had a place for it though.

• No separate pocket but there is enough room on my Solo New York 17.3" model with my 17" HP along the length of the front of the sleeve/zipper side and the front of the laptop for the cord and mouse, fits good right there. It's a nice sleeve, works well and can just set it down, unzip the sleeve and open the laptop - no need to remove the sleeve completely.
