• No !. It is a plain & simple sleeve, that holds only the pc. I have a couple of zippered cases that have an outside zippered pocket & a handle to carry it also that are so much better.

• It fits a normal 17in laptop the stylus pin and the surface book and or tablet easily should fit in the sleeve, just keep in mind it's only one pocket everything is packed together and unzips completely

• You don't wanna buy this. It's a 17" sleeve and the Surface laptop is barely 14". I'm sure it will be too big for the laptop
