I have a laptop that has a 15.6” screen and it fits perfect.

It should also work for a 15 7000 2-in-one as well w/o a case. FYI I really like this bag, but, suggest you look for something bigger for what you need ...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say that it might not fit based on the dimensions you provided only due to the stitched in dividers on the 3.46 dimension, width correct. If you cut them out I would think it would be fine but you would have to be comfortable doing that.
