Mmmm... not sure about that one. 19.5 is pretty big. Maybe a super thin laptop or tablet. But I'm leaning more to the no side. Havent really tried to fit anything in there bigger than 16"

I would say no. I have my 16" macbook pro in it and it fits nicely. Adding the extra couple of inches will definitely make it so it doesn't fit.

No, its just about perfect for my 15.6

Don't think so. I use it for a 14" and sometimes a 15.5" and there is not a lot of room to spare. It is deep enough but only a bit under 15" wide so I do,t see how a 19" would fit.
