“Is my Bose music amplifier material #867236-1100 compatible with this system”

Hi, Thank you for your question. From what I read on Bose.com, the Bose music amplifier is a 2/4-channel amplifier, not a 5.1-channel AVR. You will need a 5.1 audio/video receiver to power this system if you want a surround sound experience. I hope you found this information helpful.
