“I noticed when I connect my MAG6.1 system that the bass response is much better when the balance on the sonos amp is set either to the the left or right. When it is balanced or when the system is set in mono vs stereo the bass is much weaker? Fix??”

Dunno if you figured this out by now, but I’m going to assume you have one half of your system wired backwards (black/red reversed on the amp) and since the sub uses both channels for bass, when it’s balanced output the bass signals are cancelling each other out, but when it’s panned left or right it’s giving the left or right bass signal.
