• Yes. It has one like Home Depot has for the connect box

• The speakers have a built-in clamp system. When you tighten the screws, clamps will flip-out then start to squeeze the drywall as you continue to tighten. So it should work well for your tray ceiling

• Yes they do. Once in place unscrew and and the brackets open up .
