You can twist it left or right but the mount only allows for the speaker to be pointed 90⁰

Hi,

Thanks for your question.  If using our satellite speakers, the swivel adjustment (elbow) is on the speaker.  Keep in mind not all of our satellite speakers have an adjusting elbow feature, and I'm not aware of any after-market device that you could add that would make the speaker fully pivot.
