“As I understand it the dimensions of these speakers are 8.38 H, 3.56 D and 16.13 W. If these measurements are correct you can not place the center speaker horizontally, most homes are framed with walls on 16 inch centers. Are these measurements correct?”

Hi, The dimensions you have are the outer measurements of the speaker. The cutout dimensions for the speakers are 6 7/8" W x 14 1/2" x 3 9/16". I hope you found this information helpful.
