“In the specifications the it says " True wireless= No " What does that mean exactly please?”

• It doesn't connect to wifi like typical Sonos products. It connects to the Sonos App, but with extremely limited capabilities.

• True Wireless These headphones not only lack wires between the device and headphones, they also lack wires between the headphones themselves. (true wireless is really only possible with in-ear headphones)

• Likely a mislabeled tag or doesn't meet a specific requirement to be "true wireless" but these do in fact have bluetooth and work wirelessly with no issues.
