Yes. You have to set them up with the Sonos app but once you start playing a service on the Amp, you can play/pause/skip from the Amp itself.

They are built in to the Sonos app so yes. Everything is controlled with a app on your cellphone

You can sign into any of the music services that Sonos offers through the app. It will then show up in your list of inputs.

The Amp is hardware. The Sonos App on your phone/tablet connects to this hardware. The Sonos App on the phone will connect to your Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Prime, Itunes, etc. accounts. From the App you can stream these services to your wired speakers.
