• I have it on my 55 paired with a couple ones and enjoy the setup. The new arc is on my larger tv and it’s not worth the price.

• It will work great for a 55" tv. It really just depends on what type of experience you're looking for. The Beam will give you great sound, out of a smaller physical soundbar. You can even add Sub and surrounds to it as well just like with Arc. Arc will be the soundbar you want if you're looking for an epic home theater experience from your soundbar.
