I have not seen at the app , a place to adjust voice clarity over other sounds .

All Sonos home theater products have the ability to select a "Speech Enhancement" feature on the 'Now Playing' screen in the Sonos app. This uses software to identify voices in what you are watching and amplifies their volume.
