• Hi, and thank you for your question. Yes, Beam has to be the primary source for TV/projector audio as it controls the crossover for your home theater system. Also worth noting the Sonos One does not have any physical inputs to plug a tv or projector into. So the projector will have to be run to the Sonos Beam, and then the Sonos One can be grouped to play the same thing, or two of them can be used as wireless surround sounds. (One and One SL can be used together as rears)
