QuestionHow many square feet of a room is suggested per speaker. In other words, would two Sonos 100 speakers be enough to provide background music for an 1,100 square foot office?

- Answer It’s subject to what’s in your office (cubicles, pillars, file cabinets), but I’ve recently eaten a noisy restaurant with a large open space other than tables which had 100’s on the wall in the back corners. You could hear the music reasonably well. And you could always add a couple more to the network if 2 weren’t enough.

QuestionIm trying to adjust bass & treble & can not find how to do it in the app for my Era 100. The only thing I have under sound is TruePlay.There is a toggle to either have that off or on & another option below that to retune. Did they do away w the equalizer?

- Answer Yeah look under settings and make sure you have the newest version, you may have to do trueplay first

- Answer It can be grouped with Sonos 1 using the Sonos app, but you can't make a stereo pair out of an ERA 100 and a One.

- Answer I think the Era100 will connect to a Sonos (Arc?) soundbar as either a surround channel or as another separate zone. It doesn't 'connect' to the Era300s, only to a Sonos soundbar or a Sonos amp.

- Answer the E100 are connecting using wifi to the main speaker and are set up using the sonos app. just need a power cord and place where you want.
