Yes. All speakers can be played separately or grouped together.

I have a combination of Sonos sound bars, subwoofers, and Sonos speakers in 7 different rooms of my home and they all play nice and work together as I need. Whether you want to have the same music in every room or as many different types of music as you have speakers, you should be able to stream music as you wish.
