Yes !  They can be hard wired to your router.

I think there is a delay between the line in and the sound output. I believe the delay is related to getting the sound out of the sonos ecosystem. So, it may be difficult to watch videos or play games. You should verify what i am saying before using them as computer speakers.

There is a port for a line in on the back but you have to buy an adapter from Sonos. I have many Sonos speakers throughout my house and have never had any issues with it picking up any unwanted signals.
