This main speaker would be loud enough for your size space, as it packs a punch in volume alone. I would purchase just the Sonos 5 first and see what you think. Employees can download the Sonos app on their own phone if they want to change the music, but you can get a tablet instead if you prefer to set it up that way.

I’m a fan of two speakers… you can blast one, but two would give your salon a great vibe without having to blast one speaker.
