• The Sonos Five is not bluetooth and must be plugged into the wall for power. Note: if you ask your questions between 9-5EST Mon-Friday (with the exception of holidays) you'll get a faster response)

• The Sonos Five does not support Bluetooth playback and it does not have a built-in battery. It is a wired powered speaker that stays plugged into an outlet and primarily uses Wi-Fi through the Sonos app. If you want portable battery-powered Sonos speakers with Bluetooth, the Move or Roam models are better options.
