“We bought a Sonos Playbar from Best Buy. We are putting on the wall under a TV. Do we need a low profile wall mount or does the playbar get mounted just fine with the holes it has on it? Need to know quickly if I need to go buy this mount. Thanks!”

Im sure this can be mounted without the mount however this mount and the template that comes with it makes everything much easier.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The low profile mount makes it easier for you to pass the wires through. If you try to mount without it I’m not sure if it would be consistent angle off wall due to the cables. Hope that makes sense.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The sound bar does have two holes in it that can be used for simple mounting. However, this bracket will make it easier and more secure. The bracket will allow you to more easily center the sound bar under the TV and still be able to anchor it to wall studs.
