• You need a Sonos Amp to connect them. Sonos is coming out with new speakers this year which will sound better than the One.

• Thank you for your question. The Sonos One or One SL does not connect directly wired or wirelessly to a traditional turntable. It could be wired to a Sonos Five. With that turntables Bluetooth output, you could connect it to a Sonos Roam or Sonos Move.
