Hi Tony, The Sonos One does work with Amazon Alexa. There are multiple music services that you can enable both on Sonos and on Alexa.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can enable Amazon Alexa (or Google Assistant which I have not done) to give it the capabilities of an Echo. It also has Sonos Voice Command (the wake-up phrase is ‘Hey Sonos’) to play content or adjust volume. You can add music and content services. Sonos has a ‘Sonos Radio’ service that is pretty good. I have also enabled Amazon Music, iHeartRadio and SiriusXM on my Sonos system. I really like my Amazon Alexa devices and consider Sonos devices to be like Amazon Echos on steroids. It’s a great system.
