If your renters have your wifi password, they can run their own Spotify or Pandora directly through your Sonos unit.

If they figured out how to link their SONOS phone app to your speaker, they would not nee your account. I have a SONOS connect at home, and a SONOS play 1 at my condo. The SONOS app just picks up whatever system it sees. The link process is not difficult, but I suspect a renter woud not want to do that. leaving an iPod touch already linked would be easier if the renters did not take it when they left.
