Yes, if you keep it plugged in via USB cord it will be powered continuously. I did find that a fully charged speaker loses it's charge if you don't use it for a couple of days and don't plug it in.

You sure can. If you want we also sell a charging dock that wirelessly charges the Roam, and it looks like it's a part of Roam so it blends in and looks nice while charging it.
