• According to their website, you can pair up to 32 Sonos speakers at one time. I have personally only ever paired 5 at once.

• Great question. You can have up to 32 players all playing the same thing at the same time technically. If you had 32 Sonos Roams, all 32 could be grouped. Although possible to group all 32 on our end, experience would rely on the integrity of your wifi network.
