Can you describe the battery in more detail? null

I dont know where the battery is. I have not been able to get my Roam to work. It will not sink up with my Connect box. The Connect box would not sink with my sterio. I am very unhappy with this set up. in best buy the salesman said it hokes right up. Well Ive tryed for 6 hours, It wont work.
