Q: QuestionWhat is the Top height and bottom height from the TV's edge of the 100" Sony for the Wall Mounting Screws ???

• A:Answer Hi there, Great question! The XR100X92 has a height of Approx. 51 1/8 inches (1297 mm) from the top to the bottom without the TV stand. It has a distance of Approx. 17.6 inches (448 mm) from the top mounting hole to the top of the TV and a distance of Approx. 17.6 inches (448.2 mm) from the bottom mounting hole to the bottom of the TV (without the supplied TV stand). Additional information: For wall mounting, unfortunately, Sony doesn't have a recommended Wall-Mount Bracket model for the XR-100X92. However, when wall mounting this TV, we always recommend using a Vesa compliant wall mount bracket with Vesa Hole pitch of 23.62 x 15.75 inches (600 x 400 mm). The wall mount bracket should also be able to hold the TV weight (without stand - 195.9 lb (88.9 kg)) to avoid any issues. For safety reasons, product protection, and to make sure that the installation is performed correctly, Sony strongly recommends that the installation of our TV on a wall be performed by qualified professionals. You may visit your local retailer/dealer or contact Best Buy to find the best VESA-compliant wall mount bracket that meets the size of our TV, your wall or environmental requirements, and your stylistic preferences. Q: QuestionThe 100" --- 100-XR92 --- Does this TV have an Anti-Reflection Screen ? If not, does Sony have plans to introduce changes / upgrades to this model when it continues to be produced in the 2022 lineup later this year or will it be identical to the 2021 ???

• A:Answer Hi Timmy, Thank you for your question about an anti-reflection screen on BRAVIA XR 100X92. This model does not feature X-Wide Angle or X-Anti Reflection features. These are step-up features exclusive to BRAVIA XR X95K and Z9K. You are correct, X92 will continue into 2022 touting the same great picture and sound features from 2021. • A:Answer Hi Chris, thank you for your inquiry. We recommend using a VESA compliant to mount your TV. The XR100X92 has 600 × 400 mm (23 5/8 x 15 3/4 inches) VESA hole pitch pattern. Please note that there is also a weight limit with any mount and the bracket that you'll be using needs to be able to support the TV weight. The XR100X92 weighs approximately 92.60 kg (204 lb). Q: QuestionAt Best Buy, 2 Labels on the end of Box appear official, both say: SONY XR100x92 4K HDR UHD (on 1 Line). Line below reads: 00--OPEN. Does this mean that the TV should be Sold as a Certified Innspected Open Box Item, or does it mean something else ???
