• Yes you can. You go to playstion store and then select subscriptions and buy playstation plus with the mkney from that playation card. You go to your account and hit redeem and type in the code on the back of the playstion card.

• Yes, it'll ask you for the payment method at point of purchase which is where you'll choose the PlayStation Store Card and enter the code on the card. Hope this helps.
