Once u buy the digital code the email that is provided during check out is the email that the digital code will be send to.

from Gmail, or Yahoo. the depend what kind of Mail do you have. but check. take like 5 min sometime less.

As of now, the physical card option is the only one available. Store pickup or shipping should receiving your card easy.

You cannot do email anymore it is in store or shipping
