Hi JGonz, You may use the ANALOG IN jack of the soundbar and connect it to the headphone jack of the TV as an alternative (using an audio cable). Kindly refer to this link for more information:

Yes, via Bluetooth, but the quality suffers a bit. For the price, I'd advise getting it from eBay where I paid about 150.
