“This is my 3rd Sony HTX9000F. When on Bluetooth, 3 mins into anything it blares a pop sound and then the two lights show on the sound bar. I bought a good optical cord and it does the same thing. Again, this is the 3rd one from Best Buy, defective?”

Mine did this when I bought it. I hard reset it and did a software update and it fixed it. I can’t remember the details in the hard reset but I found them with a google search. The software update can be found on Sony’s website. Just need a usb drive.
