“I just got this tv 3 days ago but my Beats headphones and another pair of Bluetooth headphones won't connect. I search for devices via the tv's Bluetooth search, and put the headphones into pairing mode but nothing works.”

• Hi, James, The X800H TV does not natively support Bluetooth audio out (mainly used for headphones). This feature may work with a compatible external USB Bluetooth Adapter or third-party Bluetooth applications that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. Thank you. -Vincent

• Check the owners manual that came with your Sony TV and see if your headphones are on the Bluetooth Headphones Compatibility List. Or, go online to the Sony website and check there to see if your headphones are on the list. It's not a big list, and there's no 2020 products on the list at all. If your headphones don't work, it's a good chance they aren't on the list.
