Yes ,most VCRs use composite 3 wire connection, picture is very good, with home movies or old factory Hollywood movies if the tapes are well preserved and the VCR is clean and working normally a even better option is the Sony x900h but more expensive

Yes. Through HDMA port they can connect a VCR device. If their VCR doesn’t have this connection it is out dated to hook up to this TV
